What You'll Love

What You'll Do:
- Service, troubleshoot, and repair air compressors, pumps, gearboxes, and other rotating equipment at our DIRECTAIR sites across the region.
- Monitor sites remotely and respond proactively to any issues.
- Diagnose issues and recommend solutions to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Identify site repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
- Complete accurate service reports and communicate site needs.
- Keep your service vehicle stocked with tools and order parts needed at sites.
- Respond to urgent calls and minimize downtime.
- Represent OTC professionally and build strong customer relationships.
- Follow safety protocols and stay current through ongoing training.
- Handle emergency service calls with speed and precision to keep operations moving.
- Be flexible and ready to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in rotary screw, oil-free and/or oil-flooded air compressor service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and organized work habits.
- Valid driver's license; able to pass drug test and background check.
- Physical ability to sit, stand, and bend for extended periods.
- Coachable and eager to learn.
