Corporate/M&A/Securities/Finance Attorney Our client is currently seeking an experienced Corporate/M&A/Securities/Finance Attorney to join their team in one of their various office locations including Wilmington, DE; Boca Raton, FL; Baltimore, MD; Hackensack, NJ; or Manhattan, NY. Responsibilities Handle a variety of corporate, M&A, securities, and finance transactions from start to finish Draft and review legal documents including contracts, agreements, and regulatory filings Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on transactional matters Conduct legal research and analysis as needed Collaborate with other attorneys and team members to achieve client objectives Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Admission to the bar in the respective location(s) of interest Minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate M&A, securities, and/or finance Strong academic credentials with a demonstrated record of achievement Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented attorney with significant experience in corporate, M&A, securities, and/or finance to join a leading firm with a diverse and stimulating practice.
