Outstanding Opportunity for SALES / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT LEADER Luxury Landscape Design + Build | Chicagoland Suburbs An established, highly regarded luxury landscape design-build firm serving Chicago’s most sophisticated residential markets is seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Leader to drive new relationships, opportunities and revenue growth. We are looking for a true hunter , someone energized by opening doors, developing relationships and turning connections into significant new business. This is an ideal opportunity for a polished, relationship-driven sales professional who understands how to work with high-net-worth homeowners and the architects, builders, interior designers, landscape architects and real estate professionals who influence luxury residential projects.

You will take a leading role in expanding the firm's presence within the luxury residential market, identifying opportunities, cultivating referral relationships and helping secure exceptional landscape design-build projects for high-end estate properties throughout Chicagoland.THE RIGHT PERSON
A proven sales and business development professional , a high-energy positive focused professional Highly connected, or naturally skilled at becoming connected, within the luxury residential marketplace Comfortable developing business with affluent and high-net-worth clientele and b2b partners Exceptional at building relationships with architects, builders, designers and other industry influencers Strategic, proactive and accountable for results Polished, confident and credible in sophisticated client environments Passionate about beautiful homes, landscapes, architecture and outdoor living Someone who loves the pursuit of new business—not simply managing existing accountsWHY THIS OPPORTUNITY?
