Job Details Compensation: $20+ per hour Based on Experience Job Site Location: Henderson, Colorado Employment Type: Temp Job Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Benefits Weekly Pay Direct deposit and debit card payment options Health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance Supportive staffing team throughout your assignment Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and gauges Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or non-conforming products Basic computer skills for data entry, documentation, and reporting Knowledge of quality standards, inspection procedures, and safety regulations Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift materials as required throughout the shift Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in quality inspection, quality control, manufacturing, or production environments Experience with ISO standards or quality management systems Manufacturing or production industry experience Forklift certification or related equipment experience, if applicable Familiarity with documenting corrective actions or quality issues Must be able to work in all temperature environments from 0 degrees to 80 degrees. Ability to lift 50 pounds above the shoulder. Ability to lift 50 pounds below the waist. Experience with operating an electrical rider pallet jack. Detailed oriented with emphasis on quality and accuracy. Safety mindset Ability to work with others and independently.
