- $15–$25/hour (based on experience & subject)
- Flexible schedule (after school, evenings, or weekends)
- Remote and in-person opportunities
- Ongoing support and clear expectations
- Mission-driven work with underserved students
- Tutor students 1:1 or in small groups
- Follow expectations set by our partner agencies
- Use required assessments to determine instructional levels
- Submit brief session notes with required data
- Strong skills in math, reading, or both
- Reliable availability (minimum 3 hours/week)
- Comfortable using Zoom and basic technology
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Reliable transportation for in-person roles
- Experience tutoring or working with students preferred
- Some students require a tutor that has an active teaching license or a degree in the subject they are tutoring
