Administrative Assistant/ Project Manager

Overview
Curtis Septic Service is a local septic company that has been operating in Northboro for over 40 years. As one of the largest septic maintenance and installation companies, we install around 200 septic systems per year. We are looking for an project manager / administrative assistant to coordinate of the scheduling of our septic installations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the permitting and scheduling of septic system replacements
  • Communicate with customers to confirm scheduling, provide updates, and address inquiries.
  • Coordinate with field crews to ensure timely and efficient job completion.
  • Maintain and organize project records, contracts, and permits.
  • Process paperwork, invoices, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Support general office operations and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software.
  • Prior administrative or project coordination experience required.
  • Experience in construction, septic, or related industries is a plus.
