Senior Growth Specialist, Weddings [Remote]

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Growth Specialist, Weddings based in the United States.

This is a high-ownership growth role focused on building and scaling a strategic weddings vertical within a rapidly growing travel technology business.
You’ll own acquisition strategy from the ground up, identifying the channels, partnerships, and programs that can generate the greatest impact.
The role combines hands-on execution, experimentation, analytics, and cross-functional leadership across Product, Sales, Design, and Lifecycle teams.
You’ll have significant influence over how customers are acquired, engaged, and retained throughout their journey.
As an early growth leader for this vertical, you’ll test new ideas quickly, learn from data, and turn successful experiments into repeatable growth programs.

Accountabilities:

• Own the acquisition strategy for the weddings vertical, identifying high-impact opportunities across digital, field events, referrals, affiliates, communities, and other emerging channels.
• Translate growth strategies into structured experiments, launch initiatives quickly, evaluate results, and scale programs that demonstrate strong potential.
• Partner closely with Product and Sales to identify customer and market gaps, using data and customer insights to influence product priorities and improve the ability to win wedding-related business.
• Collaborate with Lifecycle teams to create end-to-end customer programs that deliver a compelling experience from initial discovery through post-purchase engagement.
• Take a hands-on approach to execution, directly owning initiatives where appropriate while coordinating internal and external resources when additional expertise is required.
• Establish strong measurement and experimentation practices, tracking key metrics and using data to continuously refine growth strategies.
• Build a culture of learning by documenting experiment outcomes, identifying actionable insights, and advocating for additional investment when results demonstrate meaningful potential.
• Use AI-native tools and workflows to accelerate research, content, personalization, experimentation, and execution.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Design, Lifecycle, Sales, and other teams to ensure growth initiatives are aligned and effectively delivered.
• Take end-to-end ownership of the weddings vertical, treating it as a business with responsibility for acquisition, retention, customer experience, and sustainable growth.

Requirements

• Strong background in growth marketing with a demonstrated track record of building and scaling customer acquisition programs across paid, organic, referral, field, partnership, or other channels.
• Proven experience running structured experimentation programs based on clear hypotheses, testing, measurement, learning, and scaling.
• Ability to recognize positive signals from experiments and build compelling business cases for additional resources and investment.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to independently pull data, build models, evaluate performance, and use quantitative insights to guide strategy.
• Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Amplitude, SQL, or comparable tools is a plus.
• Strong cross-functional operating skills, with experience partnering effectively with Product, Design, Lifecycle, Sales, or similar teams.
• Demonstrated ability to turn ideas into shipped initiatives quickly and maintain momentum in an environment where priorities evolve.
• Strong AI fluency and a practical understanding of how AI tools can multiply individual and team productivity.
• High ownership mentality, with the ability to approach a business vertical strategically rather than focusing solely on individual marketing channels.
• Experience in B2C or marketplace growth, particularly in environments involving high-intent customers or emotionally significant purchasing decisions, is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with paid media platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, or similar is advantageous.
• Familiarity with lifecycle and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Customer.io, Klaviyo, or Braze is a plus.
• Experience building a growth initiative from 0-to-1 or taking an early-stage program from initial traction to scale is preferred.

• Base salary range of $93,925–$130,000 USD , with final compensation based on experience, expertise, and location.
