Salary Range: $29.38 - $33.07 per hour

Position Overview:
Kings View is seeking a Nurse - LVN/LPT to support the Care Court Program. This role provides comprehensive nursing services, medication support, patient education, behavioral health assessment, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to support consumer wellness and treatment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care & Medication Support:
• Provide direct nursing care and health education to patients
• Administer prescribed medications and injections accurately
• Assist physicians during medication appointments
• Monitor patient health needs and treatment adherence
• Conduct behavioral and physical health assessments

Documentation & Compliance:
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Complete documentation within required productivity standards
• Utilize electronic health record systems ef fectively
• Ensure compliance with healthcare and behavioral health regulations

Care Coordination & Collaboration:
• Coordinate with physicians, pharmacies, community agencies, and program staff
• Engage families in treatment planning and education
• Support consumers in maintaining stability within the community
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning

Program Support:
• Participate in committees, trainings, and program initiatives
• Provide crisis intervention support when necessary
• Work occasional evenings based on program needs
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What You'll Bring:

Required Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active California LVN or LPT license
• Adult First Aid and CPR certification
• Valid California Driver's License (Class C)

Required Experience:
• Minimum one (1) year experience in behavioral health or psychiatric nursing
• Experience administering medications and conducting assessments

Required Skills:
• Strong nursing assessment and documentation skills
• Knowledge of medication management and psychiatric nursing
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
