OPERATIONS AND LOGISTICS / EDI OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

A leading fashion company located in Saddlebrook; NJ is seeking an Operations Logistics /EDI Coordinator to become a vital part of our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing operations, and managing and processing customer orders, and ensuring accurate and timely entry of orders into our system. Responsibilities Entering purchase orders into the system EDI purchase orders 850's and 860's Allocating merchandise and coordinate with warehouse Billing and invoicing Sending out EDI Ship Notices (ASN 856) and EDI Invoices (810) Instructions to the warehouse 5-10 years’ experience Coordinate with warehouse pick-ups and various customers. SKILLS Comprehensive knowledge of EDI data structures Knowledge of business transaction lifecycles Knowledge of ERP Software, A2000 is a plus Strong verbal and written communications skills Able to troubleshoot problems Strong attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr Executive Profiles Inc.
