Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Make a difference in students’ lives as a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist, providing vital support to help them achieve their communication milestones in a school-based environment for the full 2026–2027 academic year. Working alongside a collaborative special education team, you’ll play a pivotal role in fostering growth and confidence for a diverse caseload. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to balance your professional and personal commitments while making an enduring impact.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active California SLP license
- ASHA CCCs preferred; Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
- Previous school-based experience considered a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students in accordance with IEP goals and district guidelines
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans to support student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on student progress and services provided
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights for student planning
- Foster a supportive and engaging learning environment that encourages student growth
