Creative, Tech-Savvy Marketing Coordinator Wanted — Run the Marketing for One of Las Vegas' Largest Real Estate Brokerages

Keller Williams Realty Las Vegas has been part of the fabric of this city's real estate market since 1986, built under the ownership of Debbie Zois. What started as one broker's commitment to doing right by her clients has grown into a full-service brokerage of 200+ agents, complete with its own property management company, real estate school, and in-house luxury, commercial, and coaching divisions.

We're looking for a creative, self-directed Marketing Coordinator to own our office's marketing — social media, video, flyers, and events — and to be the go-to marketing resource nearly 200 agents turn to for their own personal marketing. This role also supports the office administratively, including data entry and (with training) commission processing, so accuracy and follow-through matter just as much as creativity.

What You'll Do

Marketing — Office & Agent Support

• Plan, create, and run content across our social media channels (posts, stories, reels) using Canva, video tools, and AI content tools to keep production fast and polished

• Shoot and edit short-form video for listings, agent spotlights, and events, from concept to final cut

• Design property flyers, postcards, email campaigns, and other marketing collateral for the brokerage and for individual agents

• Help agents build their personal brand — templates, listing marketing, social content, and one-off requests

• Help plan and run brokerage events, from vendor coordination to day-of logistics

• Keep our brand consistent across everything we put out

Administrative Support

• Handle day-to-day data entry with a high degree of accuracy

• Learn and assist with commission/transaction processing (training provided — prior experience is a plus, not required)

• Provide general administrative support to agents and leadership

• Occasionally cover the front desk or greet visitors when needed (not a primary function of this role)

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with Canva (or a similar design tool) and basic video editing/shooting for social media

• Comfort using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut AI, or similar) to speed up content creation

• Strong writing and a good eye for what makes a post stop the scroll

• Administrative experience, including data entry; real estate commission or transaction-processing experience is a plus, not required

• Excellent organization and follow-through — able to juggle marketing deadlines and admin tasks without dropping either

• A proactive, self-starter mindset, comfortable owning a project and running with it

• Prior real estate or brokerage experience is a plus but not required
