We are a modern, patient-focused private family-owned dental practice in Tampa seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Dental Receptionist & Patient Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential to creating an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call to treatment completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
• Answer phones and manage appointment scheduling efficiently
• Verify insurance and explain benefits to patients
• Present treatment plans and assist with financial arrangements
• Follow up on unscheduled treatment and recall appointments
• Manage patient communications (calls, texts, emails)
• Maintain accurate patient records in practice management software
• Coordinate daily schedule to maximize productivity

Qualifications

• Previous dental front office or patient coordinator experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills. Spanish speaking is preferred
• Knowledge of dental insurance (PPO preferred)
• Experience with Eaglesoft or similar software is a plus
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
