The minimum salary without commission or opportunities is between $40,000 - $50,000.

Responsibilities- Serve as a primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, offering guidance and support.
- Explain insurance policies and coverage options clearly and accurately in both languages.
- Develop and present customized insurance solutions to meet individual client needs.
- Process new business applications and assist with policy renewals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Illinois Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in insurance or customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
