Quality Assurance Specialist

A growing consumer goods manufacturing company is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to support its production operations. This role ensures product consistency, process standardization, and compliance with quality standards while driving continuous improvement across the plant. Base pay range $60,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr Responsibilities Maintain and update SOPs, process documentation, and quality records Conduct audits, inspections, and time studies to ensure compliance and efficiency Lead and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold quality standards in production Qualifications Minimum 4 years of quality assurance/control experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with auditing, SOPs, CAPAs, and regulatory reporting Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required Seniority Level Associate Employment Type Full-time Job Function Quality Assurance and Engineering Staffing and Recruiting Chemical Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
