Job Family EBO Training (India) Travel Required None Clearance Required None What You Will Do Develop, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, process maps, and related documentation for assigned projects. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and operational teams to gather process information and ensure documentation accuracy. Analyze existing processes and convert complex workflows into clear, concise, and user-friendly SOPs. Ensure all process documentation adheres to organizational standards, templates, and quality guidelines. Perform document reviews, updates, and revisions to reflect process changes, client requirements, and operational improvements. Maintain version control, document repositories, and audit trails for SOP-related materials. Participate in process walkthroughs, stakeholder discussions, and knowledge transfer sessions to capture procedural information. Ensure SOPs are grammatically accurate, logically structured, and easy for end users to understand and follow. Support continuous process improvement initiatives by updating documentation based on feedback and operational changes. Track documentation projects and ensure deliverables are completed within defined timelines. Assist with quality reviews and documentation audits to maintain consistency across all process documents. What You Will Need Good knowledge of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) concepts and processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong business writing, grammar, punctuation, editing, and proofreading skills. Experience creating process documentation, SOPs, policies, procedures, or work instructions. Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret complex information. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to documentation accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing business requirements. What Would Be Nice To Have Experience developing SOPs within a healthcare, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), or business process environment. Familiarity with process mapping and workflow documentation techniques. Knowledge of quality management, compliance, and documentation control practices. Experience participating in process improvement or transition projects. Exposure to knowledge management and document management systems. Understanding of process auditing and documentation review methodologies. Experience working with geographically distributed teams and multiple stakeholders.
