Let’sbuildtogether! KeyFunctions: Manageday-to-dayoperationsforprojectswithinanassignedgeographicregion. CoordinatewithProjectManagersandfieldpersonneltoensureprojectsarecompletedsafely,onschedule,andwithinbudget. Manageprojectschedules,staffinglevels,equipmentutilization,andresourceallocation. Reviewprojectbudgets,forecasts,changeorders,andcost-to-completereporting. Coordinatewithcustomers,subcontractors,andinternaldepartmentstosupportprojectexecution. Ensureallprojectdocumentation,reporting,andERPdataismaintainedaccurately. Identifyprojectrisksandimplementcorrectiveactionsasnecessary. Ensurecompliancewithallsafety,quality,contractual,andregulatoryrequirements. Provideleadershipandsupporttoprojectmanagementandfieldoperationspersonnel. DesiredQualifications: 10+years’experienceinutilityconstructionwithexperienceworkingonoverheadandundergroundelectricutilitydistributionandtransmissionsystems. Bachelor'sdegreeinConstructionManagement,ElectricalEngineering,orrelatedfieldpreferred. Experiencemanagingmultipleprojectsandoperationalteams. Strongunderstandingofprojectmanagement,scheduling,budgeting,andresourceplanning. ExperiencewithERPmanagementandreportingsystems. ProficientintheuseofMicrosoftOfficeandstandardcomputerapplications. Displayahighlevelofinitiative,effort,andcommitmenttowardscompletingassignmentsinatimelymanner. Effectivecommunicationskills,interpersonalandorganizationalskills,andastrongworkethic.
