Sales Consultant, Foot and Ankle - Sacramento, CA - Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Orthopaedics

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Sales Consultant for Foot and Ankle orthopaedic products in the Sacramento, California territory. The role involves building and expanding the customer base, demonstrating DePuy Synthes products to surgeons and hospital staff, and achieving sales targets within an assigned geography.
Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in foot and ankle product portfolio and competitive landscape
- Identify and close new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships
- Educate surgeons, hospital staff, and clinicians on proper product utilization
- Provide in-case support during surgical procedures and emergency room consultations
- Achieve business plan objectives and sales quotas through approved resources
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to work in laboratory and operating room environments
- Strong interpersonal and technical communication skills in healthcare settings
- Self-motivated with excellent relationship-building and business acumen
- Valid US driver's license and ability to travel as needed
- Successful background investigation including driving record review
