Client Experience Representative

Company: Colonial Plumbing, Heating & Air Location: Colonial Heights, VA Job Title: Full-time Client Experience Representative Pay: $15-$20 per hour based on experience and knowledge of the trades Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 7 am to 4 pm or 8 am to 5 pm with occasional overtime requirements What Sets This Role Apart Health benefits Dental and AFLAC options (pre‑tax) AD&D and term life insurance 401(k) plan Six paid holidays per year Generous PTO after 90 days Responsibilities As a Client Experience Representative, you will be the first point of contact for families and businesses, managing calls and inquiries with professionalism and empathy. You will schedule appointments for service technicians, maintain records in our CRM system, assist with billing inquiries, and conduct satisfaction checks. You will also promote Colonial’s services and preventative maintenance programs while upholding our core values: Integrity, Flexibility, Mindfulness, Excellence, Innovation, and Enjoyment. Additional duties include providing administrative and client support as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED 1+ years of experience in customer service preferred Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Excellent communication and listening skills with a client‑first mindset Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail Comfortable using Microsoft Office and client‑relationship management platforms Positive, energetic, teachable attitude; thrives in a collaborative environment Ability to uphold Colonial’s values in all client interactions Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds Ability to communicate in English, verbally and in writing Must be able to pass a background check and comply with pre‑employment drug testing #J-18808-Ljbffr Colonial Plumbing, Heating & Air
