Email Marketing Manager

Experienced marketers will find a full-time remote opportunity as an Email Marketing Manager, responsible for growing and optimizing newsletter audiences across multiple B2B media brands by developing lifecycle programs, enhancing subscriber engagement, and analyzing email performance data. Key responsibilities Build and optimize subscriber acquisition, engagement, retention, and win-back programs across various newsletters Develop lifecycle email journeys tailored for different subscriber cohorts and audience segments Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend strategies to improve engagement and revenue opportunities Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or audience development Hands-on experience managing email programs with audiences of 100,000+ subscribers Proficiency in using ESPs or marketing automation platforms such as Mailchimp or HubSpot Skilled in segmentation, automation workflows, and performance analysis Ability to translate email performance data into actionable recommendations for subscriber growth and retention
