Apartment Marketing & Leasing Specialist

Hire Priority Staffing is hiring an Apartment Marketing & Leasing Specialist for a portfolio of multifamily apartment communities in Central Austin, TX.

This is a great opportunity for a reliable, punctual, motivated go-getter who takes initiative, stays productive, and enjoys a mix of leasing, marketing, resident interaction, and local outreach.

We are looking for someone who can confidently support leasing activity while also helping market multiple apartment communities. The ideal candidate is comfortable creating social media content, touring prospects, following up with leads, and traveling between up to five nearby properties. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with strong growth potential, including the possibility of moving into an Assistant Property Manager role.

Job Details

• Pay: $18-$20 per hour + Commission

• Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

• Location: Central Austin, TX

• Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM, Saturday: 10:00 AM-5:00 PM

  • Days Off:  Wednesday and Sunday

• Must have a reliable vehicle and be able to commute between multiple nearby apartment communities

• Mileage reimbursement provided once hired full-time

Leasing Incentives

• $100 per new lease

• $100 per renewal, split among the team

• Opportunity for additional growth into an Assistant Property Manager role

Responsibilities

• Support leasing activity across multiple apartment communities

• Tour apartment homes and community amenities with prospective residents

• Answer leasing inquiries and follow up with prospects by phone, email, and text

• Assist with walk-in traffic and provide excellent customer service to prospects and residents

• Help create and post engaging marketing content for apartment communities

• Support social media marketing using platforms such as Facebook and TikTok

• Create flyers, graphics, and other marketing materials using Canva

• Use tools such as ChatGPT to assist with marketing content and communication

• Help promote available apartments, specials, and community features

• Travel between assigned communities to provide leasing and marketing support

• Assist with local outreach and other marketing efforts to generate traffic

• Take initiative and stay productive without needing constant direction

Qualifications

• Previous apartment leasing or touring experience preferred

• Strong customer service, sales, or hospitality experience considered

• Familiarity with Facebook and TikTok preferred

• Canva experience preferred

• Familiarity with ChatGPT or other AI tools is a plus

• Must have a reliable vehicle and be comfortable traveling between up to five properties

• Must be reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and able to take initiative

• Strong communication and organizational skills required

• Must be comfortable working independently and supporting multiple locations

• Knowledge of Fair Housing requirements is preferred

• Must be able to provide valid identification and proof of authorization to work in the United States

• Must be able to complete the application and interview process

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
