Frame Home Loans is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, digital engagement, and business growth. This includes website design updates, creation and oversight of a social media strategy, and management of real estate marketing initiatives to drive growth and support our mission. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of marketing strategies, visual storytelling with the ability to turn ideas into polished, compliant deliverables that reflect Frame Home Loans’ commitment to education, trust and exceptional service. Experience in mortgage or real estate is a huge plus and will give you a head start – but we’re open to marketing pros from other industries who are eager to learn and grow in this space. What Youinally What You'll Do: Oversee website design revisions and updates to ensure clear navigation, engaging content, and SEO best practices. Develop and manage Frame’s social media strategy , including content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Plan and execute real estate-focused marketing campaigns for builders, agents, and homebuyers. Create and maintain digital and print marketing collateral to support builder and community partnerships. Write and edit clear, engaging content for blogs, newsletters, website updates, and social media. Track and analyze campaign performance, website traffic, and social media engagement to provide actionable insights. Collaborate with loan officers, leadership, and builder partners on co-marketing efforts and community events. Maintain a content library aligned with Frame Home Loans’ voice, values, and compliance requirements. Support internal onboarding and communication materials using branded templates and visual standards. What We're Looking For 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in mortgage lending, real estate, or a builder-focused environment. Experience managing social media accounts and content strategy . Experience with website management and design updates . Knowledge of SEO, digital ad campaigns, and lead generation strategies. Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools. Strong writing skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight while working in a fast-paced environment Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategy.
