Front Desk Agent

Hourly Rate: $20.05 Regular full‑time position. Shift: 1st/2nd – must be available weekends and holidays. As a Guest Services Agent at Marriott Vacations Worldwide (MVW), you will assist Owners/guests with services and events that create memorable vacation experiences. Responsibilities Check in Owners/guests and review property amenities, services, and hours of operation. Answer telephone calls and route them to the appropriate department. Respond to guests’ questions, concerns, and requests, and contact other departments to resolve issues. Identify and explain room features such as key usage, vending areas, and ice pickup. Follow up with Owners/guests to ensure requests are met to their satisfaction. Assist with bellman and runner duties as required. Greet guests, anticipate their needs, and maintain a professional, positive demeanor at all times. Contribute to team goals and follow company policies and safety procedures. Qualifications Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days. Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling items weighing up to 25lbs without assistance. Background and drug screening may be required per company policy. Job duties may differ by property, team size, or facility.
