Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a E-Commerce Assistant on behalf of a growing womens clothing and wholesale business located in Dallas, Texas. This is an exciting temp-to-hire opportunity for an organized, customer-focused, and adaptable professional looking to grow within a fast-paced small business environment.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Our client is seeking a dependable and adaptable Ecommerce Assistant to support daily operations across ecommerce, customer service, inventory coordination, and general administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, customer-service oriented, and excited to grow within a collaborative boutique and wholesale business environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Upload product information and photos to ecommerce platforms
• Assist with inventory organization and barcoding processes
• Support customer communication via phone and email
• Assist with boutique order fulfillment and operational support
• Support social media engagement and online presence initiatives
• Assist with trade show preparation and occasional onsite event support
• Provide general administrative and customer service support across departments

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bilingual in Spanish Preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable learning new systems and ecommerce platforms
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Social media familiarity preferred
• Retail, boutique, hospitality, restaurant, or ecommerce experience highly preferred
• Comfortable working within a fast-paced small business environment

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• $18.00/HR
• Temp-to-hire opportunity
• MondayFriday | 10:00 AM6:00 PM
• Client-provided equipment onsite
