Client Relationship Manager

To support a growing portfolio of large, complex customer accounts, the full-time Client Relationship Manager will develop high-trust relationships, drive customer satisfaction and retention, and ensure a seamless experience throughout the customer lifecycle, with the flexibility to work 100% remotely or in a hybrid model from various office locations. Key responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with Employer customers through all stages of the customer lifecycle to maximize satisfaction and retention Stay informed on industry trends and advocate for customers based on these insights Lead internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and drive successful annual open enrollment processes Required qualifications: 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles Proven ability to manage a complex portfolio of customers effectively B.S. or B.A. degree required; MBA preferred PMP Certification and/or GBA/CEBS is a plus Experience in Insurance, Benefits Administration, or SaaS is highly preferred
