Maintenance TechnicianMaintenance Technician Job description: Work closely with facility staff and leadership to anticipate and correct potential problems or breakdowns of equipment. Repair and replace parts as needed to keep the plant operating at full capacity. Complete preventative maintenance tasks as assigned on an established schedule. Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair facility equipment including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic pieces. Ensure equipment and facilities are in safe working order. Adhere to all plant safety protocols including but not limited to company and OSHA standards. Maintain a clean working environment. Work collaboratively to meet company goals.Reports to: Plant Manager/Maintenance ManagerRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent preferredFlexibility and adaptabilityCommunication skillsAbility to lift up to 100lbsStrong knowledge of industrial equipment and preventative maintenanceAbility to work independently while following established timelinesKey Responsibilities:Complete work orders by or before the designated deadlineTrack and communicate parts and supplies to be ordered including pertinent detailsMaintain active presence on the plant floor following designated schedule to assist with maintenance callsComplete regular and daily tasks on time as assignedMonitor machinery for proper and efficient operationObserve and communicate opportunities to improve plant and mechanical operationsMaintain company-wide DART accident rate at or below 2Other duties as assignedBenefits:Paid time off401k after one yearPaid holidaysHealth, dental and vision insuranceAdditional Details:Full-time positionHourlyDay shiftM-F ScheduleCleanCare is an Equal Opportunity/Veteran/Disabled/Affirmative Action employer.
