We are looking for a Customer Assurance Representative to support customers with accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong service mindset in Tennessee. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, responds quickly to incoming inquiries, and helps ensure a positive customer experience across every interaction. The role focuses on resolving service-related questions, coordinating support activities, and maintaining organized records while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer contacts promptly and provide clear, courteous assistance across service-related requests.
• Investigate customer concerns, gather relevant details, and deliver timely follow-up to support issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service needs are addressed accurately and efficiently.
• Document customer interactions, actions taken, and outcomes in the appropriate systems with close attention to detail.
• Assist with scheduling, status updates, and general administrative support related to service operations.
• Monitor open requests and follow through until each matter is resolved or properly escalated.
• Maintain a detail-oriented approach in every interaction while helping improve overall customer satisfaction.• Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or a similar client-facing role.
• Ability to manage incoming inquiries while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working with computer systems and updating records consistently.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Problem-solving ability with a focus on timely and effective resolution.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
