Accounting SpecialistThe JBS team is seeking an Accounting Specialist for a data entry role at our Tolleson, AZ.Responsibilities:Prepare invoices for customersTrack and adjust inventory transactionsPrepare journal entries and spreadsheetsBackup cattle purchases groupTrack and input accounts payable invoices for purchase orders (GRIR)Prepare wire and special payment forms for vendor paymentFollow up on questions from vendorsOther tasks will include assisting with A/P, Journal entries, Reconciliations, and various other accounting tasksQualifications:Accounts payable experienceExcellent telephone skills, oral and written communications skillsExperience with Microsoft Office applications preferredExcel experience requiredGreat organization and time management skillsDetail oriented, good research skillsExperience with SAP preferredEOE/Vets/Disability
