Accounting Specialist

Overview Base pay range: $47,000.00/yr - $57,000.00/yr This remote accounting role at PBM Group, Inc. offers an opportunity to contribute to clients' financial operations by performing accounting and budgeting tasks in a growing team. The position supports financial integrity and client growth, operating within the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) framework. Responsibilities Financial Management: maintain efficient recordkeeping and accounting systems using modern technology Complex Accounting: manage advanced accounting tasks, including prepaid expenses, deferred revenues and class-based financial recording Daily Operations: oversee daily financial transactions and maintain comprehensive financial records using spreadsheets and bookkeeping software Accounts Payable/Receivable: manage the full A/R and A/P cycle, ensuring invoices are processed and payments collected promptly Calculations: calculate and record interest charges and other applicable fees Budgeting: prepare budgets and supporting documents in various formats for client review Collaboration: coordinate with team members and external parties to ensure clarity and accuracy in financial transactions Reporting: compile and present accurate, timely financial reports for management and clients Qualifications Education & Experience: College Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; or equivalent experience 2+ years of progressive accounting experience including full-cycle accounts payable and receivable Knowledge & Skills Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), Dropbox, Google Drive, and Microsoft Teams Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills Collaborative mindset and ability to adapt to changing business needs Benefits A remote work setting Company Equipment Provided Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401 k with match) Life Insurance (Voluntary, Family & AD&D) Short Term & Long Term Disability (Voluntary) Flexible Spending Account Location notes and additional postings were provided for context but are not part of the core role. #J-18808-Ljbffr Fred Astaire Dance Studios - Colorado
