Vision Realty & Management is seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead the launch, lease-up, and ongoing management of a brand-new 80-unit multifamily development in Carrollton, Georgia. You will own preleasing, opening, occupancy, and operations from day one. The role requires 5+ years of property management, multifamily and direct lease-up experience, plus a Georgia real estate license.
