Job Description Defend first-party insurance claims through all stages of litigation Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery responses Take and defend depositions of parties, experts, and fact witnesses Analyze coverage issues and develop strategic litigation strategies Communicate directly with clients and collaborate with a team of skilled litigators Manage caseloads efficiently while maintaining high-quality written work Qualifications Active Texas or Florida bar license in good standing 2+ years of insurance defense or closely related litigation experience Strong legal writing, analytical, and deposition skills Ability to manage cases independently with appropriate support Insurance defense firm background strongly preferred Why You Will Love Working Here You will be trusted with real responsibility, supported by experienced attorneys, and encouraged to grow without burnout.
