Appellate Attorney - Litigation Support (91)

Highly regarded full-service insurance defense firm with a nationwide presence is currently seeking a litigation support appellate attorney to join their team. This position is on site at their Hollywood, Florida office. To be considered, candidates will need to have substantial civil litigation support and appellate experience and the ability to handle numerous projects at once. Duties will include providing litigation support, some of which will be on an emergency basis, preparing appellate and trial briefs, arguing appeals and attending hearings and trials as needed.
