PROMAN Staffing is hiring an Entry-Level Mold Technician for a plastics manufacturing facility in Park Hills, MO. This role works directly alongside experienced Mold Setters and Process Technicians, making it a great opportunity for someone who already has plastics manufacturing experience and is ready to learn the technical side of injection molding.

Required Qualifications

• Previous plastic manufacturing experience is required
• Injection molding experience is preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work safely around production machinery and equipment
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• No absences allowed during the first 90 days of employment

Job Responsibilities

• Assist Mold Setters with mold changes and machine setups
• Prepare molds, tools, and equipment for production runs
• Learn proper mold installation, removal, and startup procedures
• Monitor machine performance and notify supervisors of issues
• Perform product quality inspections throughout production
• Assist with troubleshooting minor production concerns
• Support material changes and production changeovers
• Complete production and quality documentation as required
• Maintain housekeeping and organization in the work area
• Follow all safety, quality, and production standards

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed up to 50lbs.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Must be able to work around moving machinery and production equipment
