Kitchen Manager Wanted – Lead a High-Volume Casual Dining Kitchen
Ready to run a kitchen that never slows down?
This is a shot to take the lead in a fast-paced, full-service dining room where every shift brings a full house. You'll own the back of house, drive consistency, and build a crew that takes pride in the work. If you thrive under pressure and love a packed ticket rail, this role is built for you.

Salary of $60,000 to $70,000 per year

What You'll Do

Oversee daily kitchen operations during high-volume shifts
Manage food costs, ordering, and inventory accuracy
Train, coach, and schedule kitchen staff
Enforce food safety and sanitation standards
Partner with front-of-house leaders on service flow

What We're Looking For

Proven experience managing a full-service restaurant kitchen
Comfortable leading teams through high-volume rushes
Strong grasp of food cost and labor management
Working knowledge of food safety regulations
Hands-on leader who leads from the line
