Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant

Overview A boutique law firm in Coral Gables seeks a Litigation Legal Assistant to join their team. The Legal Assistant will handle commercial litigation matters. Responsibilities Handle commercial litigation matters Organize and manage files Draft letters, notices, motions and proposed orders and other legal documents Prepare attorney's expense reports Any additional legal administrative tasks as needed Qualifications 4+ years of litigation experience, commercial litigation preferred State and Federal e-filing experience Strong organizational and administrative skills Ability to prepare and manage legal documents and correspondence Hybrid schedule (3 days in office / 2 remote).
