Event Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an Event Marketing Specialist to support corporate and divisional event marketing programs through the planning, coordination, execution, and measurement of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.This role is instrumental in creating meaningful client and prospect engagement opportunities that help drive brand awareness, business development, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and experience supporting event marketing initiatives. This person will work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and business partners to deliver seamless event experiences aligned with business goals and measurable outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning and execution of corporate, divisional, and client-facing events, including conferences, trade shows, hospitality programs, webinars, and sponsorshipsPartner with marketing, sales, business unit leaders, and external vendors to ensure event goals, timelines, and deliverables are achievedCoordinate event marketing campaigns, including email promotions, social media content, digital advertising, and post-event follow-up activitiesAssist with webinar execution, including platform setup, registration management, speaker preparation, attendee engagement, and reportingDevelop and maintain project timelines, production schedules, and event planning documentationManage attendee registration processes and ensure accurate reporting and data managementTrack event budgets, reconcile expenses, and support vendor contract managementMonitor event performance metrics and prepare post-event reports outlining attendance, engagement, lead generation, pipeline influence, and return on investmentEnsure all events align with corporate branding, compliance requirements, and organizational standardsTeam StructureThis role supports two Event Managers across regional teams
