Lead and mentor our Technical Support Team, establishing and improving key performance indicators to drive performance. Assess all quality planning, assurance, and control activities across the organization, providing expert‑level guidance. Collaborate with our operations team to maintain lineside quality boards and expand quality product metrics for both quantitative and qualitative data. Partner with our learning center and the broader quality community to establish skill development plans related to product quality. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a BS equivalent with an emphasis on quality management. 3‑5+ years of proven experience working within a quality organization.
