Front Desk Manager

HSS Hospitality Staffing Solutions is the premier staffing company for hotels across the country. HSS is hiring a top candidate for Front Desk Manager for placement in beautiful hotels across the Orlando, FL area. Pay average is $40,000 to $45,000 per year, depending on experience and area of town. The position is a permanent placement for one of our top clients. Responsibilities The responsibility of the Front Desk Manager is to directly supervise all front office personnel and ensure proper completion of all front office duties. The Manager directs and coordinates the activities of the front desk, reservations, guest services, and telephone areas. The Manager prepares monthly reports and budgets for the front office department. Requirements Comply with background check and drug screen at time of interview. Reliable transportation daily to and from work, including Saturdays and Sundays. Proof of lawful status to work in the USA; EVerify required by state law. Qualifications Must have experience in hotel operations. Must have a flexible schedule. Good communication skills. Bilingual is a plus.
