- Develop and modify individualized treatment plans based on evaluations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and security staff
- Provide mental health counseling and crisis interventions
- Make rounds in various housing units to assess inmate adjustment and mental health needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure treatment follow-through
- Support inmates through therapeutic interventions tailored to complex needs
- State licensure or eligibility to be licensed as a Psychologist
- Proven experience in mental health assessments and counseling
- Ability to work effectively within a correctional or institutional setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
