Correctional Health Registered Nurse Days
Join our team as a Registered Nurse in Correctional Health in Los Angeles, CA. This 16 week contract involves 5 days a week, 8 hour shifts from 0600 to 1430, including every other weekend.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications and perform blood draws. Deliver patient care per CA State Law. Make quick clinical decisions independently. Adapt to changes in a secured environment.
Qualifications:
Active CA RN License. BLS, Fire Card, and mAb or CPI Certification. 2+ years in Psychiatric/Behavioral Health, Medical Surgical, Correctional Health, or ER. Proficient in blood draws. Experience in secured environments preferred. COVID vaccination and booster required.
Ideal for those with correctional or behavioral health experience, ready to make a difference in a correctional facility.
