Role: Knowledge & Training Lead
Location: Chicago, IL (On-site with Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Client: CGC/Sidley
Visa: US Citizen
Pay Rate: $50-$55/hr. on 1099 all inc
Job Summary:
The Knowledge & Training Lead will ensure that operational knowledge is systematically captured and transferred to Sidley's internal team throughout the engagement.
Key Responsibilities will include:

Development and maintenance of the AI knowledge base and FAQ

Creation of SOPs, runbooks and troubleshooting guides
-
Development of escalation playbooks
-
Design and delivery of the support training curriculum
-
Hands-on training and shadowing
-
Reverse-shadowing of Sidley personnel
-
Tracking of internal capability and readiness
-
Support for the Month 3 knowledge-transfer checkpoint
-
Preparation for the Month 6 readiness assessment and sign-off
-
Final transition documentation and lessons-learned capture
Experience and Education:
-
Bachelor's /master's degree in CS or equivalent.
-
Should have 8+ years of required experience.
