Lead the Way as a Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) Lead at Ritual Hot Yoga River North
Are you an experienced yoga instructor with a passion for teaching and inspiring others? At Ritual Hot Yoga River North, we’re looking for a Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) Lead to guide aspiring yoga teachers and help shape the next generation of yoga professionals. Located in the heart of Chicago, IL, we are a vibrant and welcoming community dedicated to the art and practice of hot yoga.
About the RoleAs the YTT Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in leading our Yoga Teacher Training program. This position is perfect for someone with a deep understanding of yoga, a love for teaching, and a desire to share their knowledge with others. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with students, mentor them on their journey, and uphold the high standards of our training curriculum.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and facilitate Yoga Teacher Training sessions, ensuring a comprehensive and engaging learning experience for participants.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to trainees, fostering their growth and confidence as future yoga instructors.
- Maintain and uphold the integrity of Ritual Hot Yoga’s training curriculum and teaching philosophy.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth program operations and address any student needs or concerns.
- Serve as a resource for students, answering questions and providing support throughout their training journey.
- 3+ years of experience as a yoga instructor with a strong foundation in teaching and practice.
- Comprehensive knowledge of yoga philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- A genuine passion for yoga and a commitment to sharing its benefits with others.
- Previous experience leading teacher training programs is a plus, but not required.
