About the Role

The Company is in search of a seasoned Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to spearhead the next phase of growth for a global SaaS business. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the company's strategy, operations, product direction, and profitability. This pivotal role also involves leading M&A initiatives and building a high-performing leadership team. Key requirements for the position include a minimum of 20 years' experience in a senior executive role with full P&L ownership, a proven track record of scaling a global SaaS or enterprise software company, and recent hands-on experience in M&A activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise software or SaaS, particularly within the marketing technology sector, and a history of serving Fortune 500 or Global 2000 customers. The role demands a leader with a demonstrated ability to build and lead executive teams across various functions, including sales, marketing, product, engineering, customer success, finance, and operations. Strong financial leadership skills, with expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning, are essential. Experience in partnering with Boards of Directors and a focus on driving shareholder value are also key aspects of the position. The company values a candidate with a Bachelor's degree, and an MBA is preferred. The CEO will be expected to have a hands-on approach to leadership, be a strategic thinker, and possess the ability to navigate the complexities of a global business environment.
