Construction Project Manager

Position Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee ground-up construction projects, including industrial, commercial, distribution, and logistics centers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all aspects of ground-up construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards. Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process. Communicate regularly with the client, providing updates on project progress and addressing concerns. Lead project meetings and facilitate collaboration among the project team. Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, specifically in industrial, commercial, distribution, or logistics center projects. Proven track record of successfully delivering ground-up construction projects. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
