Dealership Finance Manager

Automotive Finance Manager Our dealership is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to oversee finance and insurance operations and drive profitable sales. This role includes full control of the F&I process from application to closing. Responsibilities Control all aspects of the finance and insurance process. Complete applications, pull credit scores, fill out sales contracts, determine payoff amounts, perform title checks, manage contracts‑in‑transit, funding, and digital menu selling. Act as the primary F&I manager, ensuring compliance with dealer policies and regulations. Communicate with co‑workers and customers clearly and professionally. Stay organized and maintain accurate records throughout the sales cycle. Qualifications At least a few years of dealership finance manager experience. Highly skilled in finance and insurance management. Proficient with CDK, Route ONE, E‑Lead, and other F&I tools. Strong organizational and communication skills.
