Outpatient Physical Therapist - Salida, CO Location Salida, CO Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule 8 hours days, 4 days a week, totaling 32 hours per week. Job Description Join our Patient Care Team in beautiful Salida, CO, and work in an outpatient clinic setting. We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist with a focus on patient care and a commitment to improving health outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of patients to understand impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities. Design and modify therapeutic interventions to help patients regain their ability to perform daily activities. Focus on preventing health issues by promoting overall health, fitness, and wellness across all age groups. Engage in knowledge sharing with colleagues and contribute to research in physical therapy practices. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans and progress reports. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum 2 years of experience in an Outpatient Clinic. Dry needling certification required. Active Physical Therapist licensure for Colorado or a permit while awaiting examination. Current CPR Certification. Graduated from an AMA-APTA approved school of physical therapy.
