The following opportunity is for our U.S. team.We currently have an opportunity for an Account Collection Associate to join our IB&M team based in our Morristown, NJ office on a hybrid schedule. This job is responsible for the billing, payment processing, reconciliation, negotiation, and direct collection of accounts. Secures a commitment to pay the outstanding debt. Some of the Account Collection Associate responsibilities include but are not limited to:Responsible for all billing and collection activity of receivables for assigned accountsIndependently prepares and issues Statement of Accounts.Ensures receipt, analyzes, and processes account/statements.Accountable to receive payments within credit terms for assigned territory and accurately applies cash application and cash disbursement.Takes necessary steps to reconcile and resolve differences on an individual or account level.Writes off aged receivables within corporate guidelines, along with the preparation of supporting documentationNegotiates payment plans and settlements within corporate guidelinesAssists in the delivery of specific training programs for associates.Prepares and distributes monthly reports.Handles a variety of administrative tasks as needed.The expertise you bring:High school diploma with demonstrated experience required.1-3 years billing and collection services or equivalent experience required.Our salary ranges are determined by many factors including location, role, experience and skillset of the candidate. The following ranges displayed reflect the target base salary for new hires; however, your recruiter will provide more specific compensation details during the hiring process. The typical base salary range for this position is: $54,000 – $62,000, based on the factors aforementioned.
