If you're passionate about ideas, social media, and innovative storytelling, this is your chance to make a lasting impact!Core ResponsibilitiesAs the Sr. Social Media Creative at Our LEGO Agency (OLA), you will play an important role within the LEGO in-house agency US creative team, combining hands-on creative thinking and helping us to expand our social first ideas.Work on the identity of social campaigns through impactful, on-brand copywriting.Work with writers and content creators in developing ideas, scripts, headlines, and messaging frameworks.Ensure storytelling is clear, engaging, and culturally relevant across platforms (digital, social, retail, broadcast).Collaborate with strategists and art directors to build narratives that meet marketing objectives and resonate with diverse audiences.Work with project teams to create great conceptual work.Drive creative excellence, and impact on business, by creating, adapting and making work on global and local creative platforms and innovation and social media campaigns for the LEGO Brand.Demonstrate a deep understanding and familiarity with modern advertising, digital and social marketing practicesWork and collaborate in direct campaigns at franchise level across the OESP ecosystemCollaborate with strategy early on to ensure clear, strong creative briefs that meet marketing objectivesHelp the development of ideas from concept to playbook to final executionBe part of production of campaigns and approves vendors + final assetsPlay your part in our team succeedingOur LEGO Agency (OLA) is an organization that focuses on delivering best-in-class campaigns, insight driven & fit for purpose solutions across the LEGO group.Do you have what it takesStrong portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking, social media, storytelling craft, and versatility across channels integrated campaigns.Mid-level experience writing and leading messaging for global campaigns, from headlines to scripts to social-first concepting.Experience at advertising agencies or other creative companiesAbility to adapt tone of voice to different audiences and product lines, while staying consistent with the brand's voice.A proven track-record of delivering influential and creative solutionsAbility to lead and craft conceptual advertising executions from brief to productionStrong presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire senior partnersProven capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projectsCollaborative spirit, with the ability to lead teams effectivelyStrong prioritization skills, a curiosity for learning and a growth mindsetAdditional details on this positionThis Lead Professional position will be based at 1001 Boylston St. in Boston, MA.Our workplace enables our LEGO Group colleagues to be and do their best at work. This 3 day in the office hybrid working model will exemplify our People Promise by embracing the different life situations of our colleagues.No relocation assistance is offered for this position.CompensationThe salary for this position has a range of $75,436.00 - $113,154.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.
