Top Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Program/Project Management
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, content development, and presentation/storytelling skills
- Experience with LMS, LXP, or other learning technology platforms
- Strong skills in Excel, data reporting, analytics, and visualization
