Join us now and help build it.Position SummaryThe Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for the assessment, design, implementation, and supervision of individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities. The BCBA provides clinical oversight, supervises Behavior Technicians, and collaborates with families and multidisciplinary teams to promote meaningful outcomes. Services may be delivered in the home, center, or community settings.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct initial and ongoing assessments including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS)Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans in alignment with best practices and payer requirementsProvide clinical supervision and performance feedback to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in accordance with BACB guidelinesMonitor progress and adjust programming as necessary to meet individualized client goalsMaintain timely and accurate documentation, including treatment plans, session notes, progress reports, and insurance authorizationsCollaborate with parents, guardians, and team members to ensure generalization and maintenance of learned skillsProvide caregiver training and support to promote skill development outside of structured sessionsParticipate in staff meetings, professional development, and agency initiativesEnsure ethical and professional conduct in accordance with the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance CodeQualificationsMaster's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related fieldCurrent BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of New Jersey if applicableMinimum of one year of experience developing and implementing ABA programs preferredStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsReliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations as neededMust pass background checks including criminal history and abuse registry screeningsWork EnvironmentIn-home, center-based, or community settingsMay involve working with children exhibiting challenging behaviorsMust be able to sit, stand, stoop, and move as needed to work directly with childrenSchedule and CompensationFlexible scheduling availableCompetitive salary based on experience and credentialsOpportunities for professional growth, CEU reimbursement, and clinical leadership roles
