As a full-time Bilingual Collections Representative with Cawley & Bergmann, LLC , you'll work within our Jacksonville, FL office to collect overdue payments from consumers.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Our ideal Bilingual Collections Representative has at least 1 year of experience in a collections or sales position. Customer service or call center experience would also be beneficial! What matters most is that you're results-driven and that you bring:

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR BILINGUAL COLLECTIONS REPRESENTATIVE

We're looking for a highly outgoing and motivated person who can achieve real results while staying positive and professional. You'll be working in our office, answering incoming phone calls and making outbound calls to collect outstanding payments from consumers. Customer service is vital, as you'll speak with consumers about their overdue balances and encourage them to make their payments.

You'll answer questions, address objections, and negotiate payment arrangements that work for the consumer and the business. As you speak with consumers, you'll accurately update their information in our system. By meeting individual and team performance goals, you'll make a tangible difference while growing your own paycheck!
